Job Title: ABA Therapist (Monday-Friday 3:00pm-6:00pm)
About the Role:
As a Behavior Technician, empower children with ASD and their families to achieve milestones. Work directly with children, implementing behavior reduction protocols and teaching vital skills. This part-time role allows you to make a real difference while being part of our collaborative team. We offer room for professional growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
Empower children and families to maximize growth.
Monitor progress and provide ABA services.
Collaborate with BCBA's/LBA's and peers.
Implement programs with compassion and quality.
Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about helping children with ASD.
Skilled at building rapport with individuals on the spectrum.
Committed to flexible part-time schedules.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
