Our client, a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company based in Irvine, is seeking a Data Analyst with AI experience to join their collaborative team. This role will focus on analyzing, auditing, and maintaining extensive datasets while contributing to AI initiatives such as building agents and working with transformer models to support innovative product development and market-driven solutions.
Compensation: $75,000 – $82,000 base salary, full benefits and 401k match
Desired Skills
2-3 years of experience in data analysis or software development; candidates with closer to two years must demonstrate strong communication and technical skills; degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field required (Master’s preferred)
Skilled in Python programming or alternatively experienced in another language such as C#, with an interest in transitioning into data-focused roles
Hands-on experience building AI agents and familiarity with transformer-based models, with the ability to apply these technologies to real-world data solutions
Effective in summarizing and communicating analytical insights to both technical and non-technical teams with clarity and confidence
Highly organized with strong time management skills; proactive in investigating data issues, improving collection methods, and personal home lab or self-directed technical projects are a plus
