The Applications Consultant at Corbion supports and standardizes global applications that drive our product lifecycle, from innovation to commercialization. As part of our IT Operations - Applications team, you will work across functions to support and evolve systems related to Product Information Management (PIM), formula/specification management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM components), which are critical to our commercial and product development processes. You will also help lead initiatives on our digital roadmap and apply Agile and project management best practices to ensure smooth execution and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-line support for commercial applications including Product Information Management (PIM), formula/specification management, Product Lifecycle management (PLM components), and other tools on the commercial roadmap
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Solution Architects to translate requirements into feasible, scalable IT solutions
• Drive enhancements and manage change requests to improve usability and system performance
• Work with third-party vendors for application support and development
• Ensure all system knowledge is captured, maintained, and shared across the team
• Support application lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, and documentation
• Guide and support Agile teams, ensuring successful project planning, execution, and delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams to promote user adoption and business process optimization
• Perform other duties as needed to meet evolving business needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in application support or consulting, preferably in commercial, R&D, or product management domains
• Experience with PLM systems, PIM tools, or similar specification/formulation software
• Understanding of product development and commercialization processes
• Experience with Agile project management; Scrum certification is a plus
• Experience supporting integration solutions, tools, workflows and automation
• Ability to manage projects, influence direction and cope with ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests and deliver quality customer service
• Success evaluating and prioritizing information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements and other integrated systems
• Experience supporting integration solutions, tools, workflows and automation
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across various levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic, global environment
