**Qualification Needed:**- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Preferred:
- Experience in an EMS or electronics manufacturing setting.
- Expertise in PCB assembly processes, including SMT, through-hole, and box build techniques.
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as Altium or OrCAD, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with diverse teams and customers.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
