Integrated Autism Center is looking for a BT to start soon in 2023!

We are looking for playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians seeking full-time employment. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun! If this describes you and you are looking for an ABA company that makes you love coming to work each day, please apply.

Integrated Autism Center gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians. We will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am-4:15 pm.
• Client material creation and preparation.
• Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
• Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
• Record client data into the Central Reach program.
• Convert appointments into billing within 24 hrs.
• Write detailed SOAP notes.
• Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
• Attend monthly performance goal meetings with the CEO.
• Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities.
• Cleaning duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

• Salary: $16-22/hr (depending on experience).
