Job Description

We are a small boutique law firm that focuses on personal injury. You won't have a huge caseload and work with a great team. Every day, we make sure that at the start of the day, everyone gets a chance to be acknowledged and to acknowledge others. You will be working with me, Scott Richardson, the CEO and Executive Director, and our Supervising Attorney on our personal injury cases. We need a Legal Assistant who can work independently. You must have at least one year of PI Legal Assistant experience, preferably more. Must be fluent in English and Spanish without a detectable accent. You can work entirely remotely from your home. Responsibilities:

• You will be working independently, overseeing clients' cases while they recover physically and financially.
• Maintain organization of all case files, paying close attention to details and deadlines.
• Build a rapport with clients by regularly communicating with them in a kind and caring manner.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and a talent for writing and grammar.
• Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Fluent in English and Spanish and able to communicate effectively.
