NOW HIRING: Business Development Representative/Staffing Services | Cleveland East/West & Lorain County
Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission paid bi weekly with payroll. We’re a growing staffing agency seeking a driven Business Development Rep to build client relationships and bring in new business.
What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and develop new client accounts
• Identify hiring needs and deliver staffing solutions
• Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings
• Partner with recruiters to ensure successful placements
• Manage pipeline and activity in CRM/ATS systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales or business development experience (staffing/B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Staffing experience a plus — we’ll train the right candidate
