In this fully remote role, you will be the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their goals are met and their experience is seamless. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, advocating for your customers internally while identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and expand service adoption. You will build success plans, lead renewal discussions, and collaborate across teams to address concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
