As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in helping clients unlock the full value of a leading SaaS solution by ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement. This role combines client relationship management, consultative support, and product expertise to create a seamless experience that drives customer success. You’ll work with executives and professionals across diverse industries, providing guidance, training, and best practices while acting as a trusted advisor. Accountabilities:

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers to ensure successful adoption and retention.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, product configuration, and training to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide ongoing consultative advice and best practices to maximize customer value.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and high-quality support.
  • Act as the customer’s advocate internally, collaborating with product and leadership teams to address feedback and improve offerings.
  • Use Salesforce and internal tools to manage customer relationships, track progress, and achieve service outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by actively engaging in activities, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Account Support, or a related role, ideally in software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM or Customer Success platforms is preferred.
  • A motivated, curious, and entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for helping customers succeed.
