Job Description

This is a remote position.

SIU Consultant Group is a full-service investigation firm committed to providing superior investigative services to employers, insurance carriers, public entities, third-party administrators, and legal counsel. With a reputation for integrity, discretion, and precision, we deliver factual evidence that supports risk mitigation, claims resolution, and litigation defense.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Typist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets.

  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness before inputting.

  • Maintain and organize digital files and records.

  • Perform regular data backups to ensure information preservation.

  • Follow company data privacy and security policies.

  • Communicate with team members to clarify data inconsistencies.

  • Meet daily or weekly data entry targets.


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute preferred).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry software.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.

  • Prior data entry or administrative experience (preferred but not required).
