What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing caring, hands-on support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
- Assisting with daily living activities like meal preparation, medication reminders, hygiene, and personal care.
- Encouraging participation in community activities, recreation, and personal interests.
- Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and fostering independence.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive, compassionate attitude and a heart for helping others.
- No prior experience necessary — we provide paid training!
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check or qualify for a Good Cause Waiver.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong commitment to reliability and attendance.
