Human Resources Assistant (Entry Level)

• Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Assist coordinator with new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries from employees and direct them to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Help process documentation related to hiring, benefits, payroll, and performance reviews.
• Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:  

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).  
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.  
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.  
• No prior experience needed - training will be provided.
