Position Title: Entry-level Police Officer
Salary Information:
First 6 months- $59,515
Second 6 months- $62,848
Next 12 months- $67,132
First Class Patrol Officer- $84,062

Department Overview
The City of Warrensville Heights, Ohio is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Police Officer. The Warrensville Heights Police Department handles approximately 16,000 calls for service each year and offers an opportunity to work in many challenging environments. Currently there are 40 full time officers and support staff. Opportunities include but are not limited to regional SWAT team, criminal investigations, crash investigation unit, drone team, Cart Team, K-9 unit, detective bureau, community policing, and multiple county task forces. The City of Warrensville Heights operates its own full service jail and communication center.
