Full-Time | Mixed or Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation & Incentives:
Salary Range: $32.00 to $40.00/hr (10 yrs experience), up to $48.00/hr (17+ yrs experience)
Shift Differentials: $4.25/night; $3.00/weekend (Fri 11p Sun 11p, min 4 hrs worked)
Sign-On Bonus: $10K Days / $15K Nights
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

HCA Florida West Marion Hospital is a 222-bed facility serving West Marion County since 2002. The hospital offers a full-service emergency department , the only inpatient Orthopedic Joint Care Center in the county, and a wide range of medical services including surgical treatments, radiology, oncology, wound care, and outpatient services.
The ER RN provides dynamic, patient-focused care for all ages, managing minor injuries to critically ill patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages
Develop individualized care plans and strategies
Manage multiple cases simultaneously with prioritization
Provide follow-up care instructions and referrals
Coordinate patient care with physicians and hospital departments
Maintain safety awareness and patient-centered care at all times
1+ year of recent ER Acute Care RN experience (within the last 23 years)
Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (compact license holders: 60 days to obtain FL license)
Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
Certifications:
BLS within 30 days of hire
ACLS within 90 days of hire
PALS within 90 days of hire
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course within 6 months
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months
