Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this role, you will focus on Salesforce administration and management within a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment. You will collaborate with internal teams and third-party auditors to ensure the system operates efficiently and aligns with business needs. Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve support tickets related to Salesforce issues in collaboration with the internal administration team. - Oversee user access and identity management, including onboarding, offboarding, and configuration of permission sets and roles. - Coordinate with third-party auditors by providing necessary system support and granting appropriate data access during audit cycles. - Support and contribute to the development of Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud initiatives. - Collaborate with various business lines to ensure effective governance and alignment across the Salesforce ecosystem. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, user access protocols, and audit-related activities. - Identify opportunities for process optimization within the Salesforce environment and advocate for best practices. - Troubleshoot and prioritize tickets while effectively communicating resolutions to stakeholders. - Assist in the implementation and management of API integrations and configuration updates. - Provide technical support and guidance for client-side scripting and system development. Requirements - Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in multi-line business environments. - Strong understanding of user provisioning, permission management, and configuration within Salesforce. - Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and experience with Data Cloud or similar data platforms is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system issues and manage support tickets effectively. - Previous experience working with third-party auditors and handling data access requests. - Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud are highly desirable. - Proficiency in API development, configuration management, and client-side scripting. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
