Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide range of events from corporate functions to social gatherings. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, creating tailored experiences that meet their objectives.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to completion.
Budget management, including tracking expenses and seeking cost-effective solutions.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for each event.
Select and negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers.
Organize logistics for events including catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
Develop marketing materials and promotional strategies to attract attendees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
