Job Description

• Required to shower before entering the barrier shield and again before leaving.
• Performs electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment and HVAC systems.
• Performs diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Performs dismantling, assembling and installing industrial machinery.
• Requisitions and keep supply of spare parts.
• Performs Maintenance Preventive Maintenance Schedules, special projects and area repair requests.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and observes safety regulations/rules.
• Follow specifications, wire schematics, blueprints, job orders and assigned duties.
• Performs work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
• Respond to alarm calls associated with equipment of building conditions.
• Assists in maintaining facility equipment lists, equipment files and history of repairs.
• Operate Johnson Control systems in regard to basic on/off commands.
• Performs calibration of applicable equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assist in other areas as required.

• Experience or 1-2 years related experience and/or training.
• High School Degree or G.E.D
