Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 12 years of expertise in FileNet P8 technologies and domain skills in Medicare and Medicaid Claims. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance our claims processing systems. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and domain knowledge to drive efficiency and innovation in our operations. Location: St Johns, FL Experience: 10 - 12 Years Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $95,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Cognizant reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law **Responsibilities** + Design and implement scalable solutions using FileNet P8 + Workplace XT to optimize claims processing systems. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FileNet P8 + Process Engine API into existing workflows for improved efficiency. + Develop and maintain FileNet P8 + Content Engine API solutions to ensure seamless data management and retrieval. + Analyze and interpret Medicare and Medicaid Claims data to identify areas for process improvement. + Provide technical guidance and support to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. + Oversee the development of custom applications to enhance the functionality of claims processing systems. + Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and security of FileNet P8 solutions. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to FileNet P8 systems. + Ensure that all solutions are aligned with the companys strategic goals and objectives. + Monitor industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions for claims processing. + Document all technical processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes. + Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning. **Qualifications** + Possess extensive experience in FileNet P8 + Expertise in Python Programming, Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure cloud services development **.** + Workplace XT Process Engine API and Content Engine API. + Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer processes. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. + Have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex technical projects. + Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. + Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
