Reach Truck Operator- First Shift Hours!

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Reach Truck Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently moving, storing, and retrieving inventory using a reach truck while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve palletized materials
• Load and unload products from racks and storage locations
• Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies or damages
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent reach truck experience required
• Ability to safely operate reach trucks in narrow aisles and high racking
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting
• Exposure to forklifts, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
• Steel-toe shoes and PPE required
