St. Mary’s Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in beautiful historic Leonardtown, Maryland, has an immediate need for full-time and part-time Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs). Accepting applications for all shifts (7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am). Must be able to work every other weekend. The position is under the supervision of a charge nurse, the GNA will be responsible for giving direct care to promote the residents’ safety and comfort, while recognizing their needs and rights.Successful candidates must be dependable, compassionate, have good time management and communication skills, and have a desire to work with the elderly. Must have a current Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant certification to be considered.
Certifications / LicensesMaryland State GNA license issued by the Maryland Board of Nursing and current CPR for health care providers.
