What You’ll Do

· Lead project communications with owners, architects, and general contractors

· Manage submittals, RFI’s, change orders

· Attend and lead weekly jobsite meetings and ensure field operations are efficient

· Oversee scheduling, margin management, and project budgets

· Support closeout documentation, including punch lists, and as-builts

What We’re Looking For

· 5+ years of general construction project management experience

· HVAC knowledge or exposure to mechanical systems a plus

· Proven ability to lead teams through collaboration

· Decisive and self-sufficient

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· Ability to balance margin, time, and client needs
