INTEL COMSEC SPECIALIST
Our client, a large veteran-owned federal contractor is seeking two Intel COMSEC Specialists for a long-term DoD program in Huntsville, AL. This role involves securing, maintaining, and managing cryptographic communications equipment and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
This is a proposal effort and the award is expected October 2025. Selected candidates will be asked to sign a Letter of Intent (LOI).
Required Skills
- Must be US Citizen due to client requirement
- Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor
of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering
- Required Certification:
- DoD 8570.01-M in accordance with (IAW) DFARS 252.239-7001 Baseline Certification, minimum IAT Level III.
Experience:
- A combined total of five (5) years of full-time professional experience in all of the following:
o Collaboration with key personnel to verify appropriate storage requirements;
o Coordination with monthly and annual COMSEC management requirements;
o Tracking program CCI equipment and rekey status;
administrators to request updates and security controls;
o Tactical FASTLANE (TACLANE) network management;
o Troubleshooting support; and
o TACLANE configuration management
