Compensation:

Jr Captain Moving Hourly pay $18-35/hr w/ Tips and Bonus for Movers

Jr Captain Junk Removal Commission-based pay for Junk Removers (equivalent of $15-35/hr w/ tips and bonus!)

Qualifications

1. MUST be dynamic, high energy and eager to grow.
2. MUST be eligible to work in the United States.
3. MUST have reliable transportation to work. Valid/Active Driver’s License Preferred.
4. MUST be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs, sometimes with a team.
5. MUST enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others.
6. MUST be able to pass a background check
7. MUST have availability to work on weekends. 
8. MUST have good English speaking skills on the job

Responsibilities

1. SAFELY operate trucks and equipment at all times, making sure inspections are performed in accordance with policy and regulations.
2. Go out of your way to be friendly and honest (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day.
3. Make logistical decisions with minimal oversight.
4. Make individual and team decisions to maximize team output.
5. Train new hires about the day-to-day operations and our core values.
