Job Title

What does a successful Senior Loan Business Analyst with Signature experience do at Fiserv?

As a Senior Loan Business Analyst with Signature experience, you will guide our clients in achieving their goals by leveraging your expertise in loan setting and origination. You will identify and solve business problems while mentoring analysts, all in alignment with Fiserv’s mission to transform financial services.

What you will do:

• Analyze and model business processes, create use cases, business rules, and specifications.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements, evaluate feasibility, and set priorities with stakeholders.
• Manage small to medium projects independently and assist with complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Review and validate test cases, user documentation, and conduct presentations and training sessions.
• Identify business problems, propose solutions, and participate in project estimations and continuous improvement initiatives

What you will need to have:

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis with expertise in loan setup and origination (collateral, mortgage, auto).
• 6+ years of experience utilizing Signature core banking products, specifically focused on the Loan module.
• 6+ years of experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP) and/or Waterfall Methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or equivalent work experience and/or military experience.

What would be nice to have:

• 6+ years of experience with mainframe (iSeries preferred), client/server, and web-based technologies.
• 6+ years of experience with MS Visio or UML modeling tools and managing requirements across multiple projects.
• Proven analytical skills with 6+ years of experience in the financial domain to assess client business needs and identify solutions.
