Landesign Plus is a rapidly growing landscape maintenance company with over 20 years of combined experience in the industry. As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients’ properties. Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled day
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming, planting, mulching, and rock installation
• Assist with tree removal and drainage work as needed
• Load and unload equipment onto trucks and trailers
• Secure equipment for safe transport to and from job sites
• Remove debris from trucks and trailers daily
• Clean and maintain trucks and equipment to ensure proper operation
• Work collaboratively with crew members and follow guidance from the operations team

Qualifications

• No prior landscaping experience required; willingness to learn is essential
• Previous experience in landscaping or construction is a plus
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
