Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Grandville, MI

Pay: $18-20/hr

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available! Hiring multiple candidates!

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to company standards and safety procedures.
Load raw materials and unload finished products from machines.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
Make minor adjustments to machines to maintain product quality and efficiency.
Record production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.
Assist with equipment cleaning, changeovers, and preventive maintenance.
Follow all safety policies, quality procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred (training available for the right candidate).
Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
