Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Worth, TX, 76106. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance facility operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Salary info:

$27 - $35 / hr
