Role: MS Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager
Location: REMOTE
Experience: 12 years and above only

Description:
Responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise in Dynamics 365 and strong project management skills, including experience with various project methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
Key responsibilities include defining project scope, managing timelines and budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing project plans, and managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
Leading and motivating project teams, facilitating communication, and ensuring team alignment with project goals.
Managing stakeholder expectations, communicating project status, and addressing change requests.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensuring the quality of project deliverables and adherence to project standards.
Optimizing resource allocation and utilization for efficient project delivery.
Implementing and managing changes to project scope, timelines, or budget.
Leveraging knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) to guide project teams.

Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to identify and resolve project issues and make informed decisions.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps
