About Us: DREAMSAFER is a Muslim-run behavioral health organization serving the Columbus community. We partner with Acellus Academy to provide private K-12 education and behavioral support at our facility.
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our school. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a customer-service orientation within a faith-sensitive environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries.
Maintain records, attendance logs, and administrative paperwork.
Coordinate communication between staff, families, and community partners.
Support smooth daily operations and assist with various office tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
Bachelor Degree - Preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Familiarity with Muslim cultural norms and respectful communication.
Proficiency with office software and phone systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
