Overview

Join our client's premier neonatal team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. You will provide advanced care in a collaborative environment that values professional growth and compassionate care, all while enjoying a family-friendly lifestyle and outdoor adventures. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver hands-on care in four Level III NICUs Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions and over 10,000 births annually.
• Provide advanced neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling for HIE.
• Participate in the neonatal transport program and coordinate emergency stabilization and care.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
• Support families through the NICU journey in a compassionate, communicative manner 

Qualifications

Required

• Master's degree or higher

• Valid Board Certified
• Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Valid NNP
