Typical Daily Duties:
Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships
Update and maintain a robust CRM system with accurate, organized notes and customer information
Troubleshoot customer questions and minor technical issues while providing exceptional service
What We're Looking For:
Comfortable and confident making cold calls and starting conversations
Strong computer skills; ability to navigate CRM systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent record-keeping and information-gathering abilities
