Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Pastry Cook to join our production team and help create the pastries and baked goods that define our bakery. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with their hands, pays attention to detail, and wants to grow in an environment that values craftsmanship and consistency. You’ll work alongside experienced bakers and pastry professionals and contribute directly to our daily output.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and bake pastries, viennoiserie, cookies, and desserts for retail, café, and wholesale service.
• Follow established recipes and production methods with accuracy and care.
• Assist with dough mixing, shaping, portioning, finishing, and baking as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and uphold food safety standards.
• Help with daily prep and production tasks to keep the team running smoothly.
• Communicate with teammates to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality products.
• Support an environment of cooperation, respect, and continual learning.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of professional pastry or baking experience preferred (culinary school a plus).
• Familiarity with basic pastry techniques and a willingness to learn more advanced skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and recipes closely.
• Dependability, good time management, and comfort working in a fast-paced production kitchen.
• A collaborative attitude and genuine enthusiasm for pastry and craft baking.
