Love your job.** TI's legal department is seeking a talented Patent Attorney with a background in an area such as digital signal processors, microcontrollers, processor architecture, wireless communication circuitry, analog circuit design, and/or semiconductor device manufacturing. If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition. **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field + Juris Doctor (JD) degree with an active license to practice law + 4+ years of patent application drafting and prosecution experience + Registration as a patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office + Admission in good standing with a state legal bar **Preferred Qualifications:** + Advanced degree preferred + 3+ years of experience as an engineer or scientist in a technical role + Experience and familiarity with digital signal processors, microcontrollers, processor architecture, wireless communication circuitry, analog circuit design, and/or semiconductor device manufacturing **Base Range Info:** Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay range for this role is shown below. **Base Range:** $157,000 - $335,500 per year **ECL/GTC Required:** Yes
