Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive clinical expertise, including experience with EMR systems such as Practice Fusion and demonstrate proficiency in various medical specialties including primary care, ideally with experience in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and therapeutic peptides. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes patient-centered care, clinical research, and innovative treatment modalities. The Physician Assistant will be integral to delivering high-quality healthcare across clinical settings and telehealth.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical examinations or telehealth assessment, vital signs, intake evaluations, and medical history documentation.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing laboratory data; manage procedures such as hormone pellet placement and wound care.
• Administer medications and injections following aseptic techniques.
• Manage patient care plans including hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and therapeutic peptides.
• Document all patient interactions accurately within EMR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Work closely with Medical Director, Practice Manager, and Assistant Regional Manager.
• Ability to visit various offices if/when necessary within the Denver area would be beneficial.

Experience

• Proven experience in primary care or concierge health services.
• Demonstrated proficiency with EMR system, experience with medical coding (ICD-9/10) and CPT coding is advantageous.
• Skilled in performing physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations; experienced administering injections and managing complex patient assessments.
• Experience working within research settings or conducting clinical trials is a plus.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations including HIPAA standards. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
