Job Title: Welder / Fabricator
**Job Description**
We're on the lookout for a hardworking Welder to join our tight-knit team. If you're all about getting your hands dirty, welding sparks flying, and creating solid metal masterpieces, this gig is for you.
**Responsibilities:**
- Interpret complex technical drawings for precise metal fabrication.
- Execute advanced Mig and Fluxcore welding techniques in all positions.
**Requirements:**
- Proficient in blueprint interpretation and precise fitting.
- Available for at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with flexibility for overtime and weekends.
- Adaptable under pressure, collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Clean driving record. Mandatory drug screening and physical.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Vocational or technical training in welding.
- Certification in GMAW and FCAW.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience in forklift and overhead crane operation.
