Job Title Plant 4 | Finishing Lead | Shift 3 Position Overview Position Objective: Responsible for assisting the supervisor in the daily operation of the shift. Essential Duties: ❑ Maintain a working knowledge of all jobs in the coater department in order to relieve, replace or assist in employee absences ❑ Provide instructions/directions/guidance to all line personnel ❑ Perform Weight Checks ❑ Fill in for supervisor when needed Physical Requirements: ❑ Frequently required to reach, handle, stand, stoop, and climb stairs ❑ Must participate in group stretching prior to shift ❑ May be required to lift 70 lbs.
