Job Description: We are seeking a local dynamic and entrepreneurial Engineer specializing in Plastics, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering to join (or possibly lead) our team. This role is pivotal in guiding our cutting-edge tooling operations and plastic injection molding processes into new markets and innovative applications.  You will have access to extensive resources and support to turn your visionary ideas into reality, particularly in the fields of AI and Robotics but not exclusively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tooling operations and plastic injection molding projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to explore new industries and innovative ideas, with a focus on AI and Robotics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in tooling operations and plastic injection molding.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
