About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive agile best practices across multiple projects and teams. The ideal candidate is a certified Scrum Master with a strong background in project management or operations, and excels in stakeholder coordination and process optimization.
Responsibility
Support planning and execution of cross-team projects across Marketing, Product, Support and Operations
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring clear visibility for all stakeholders
Facilitate communication between departments to maintain alignment on priorities and expectations
Maintain project dashboards and reporting tools to ensure transparency and consistency
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and coordinate resolution across teams
Proven expertise in project management, operations, or coordinating across various teams
Outstanding organizational skills, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Familiarity with project tracking tools (such as Notion, Monday.com, and Jira) is a plus
Skilled in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-brand, and dynamic environment
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a valuable asset
