Quality Manager | Holland, MI

Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all quality control activities from incoming materials to finished products.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (CAPA).
• Plan, conduct, and manage internal and external quality audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes and product reliability.
• Manage supplier quality performance and conduct supplier assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in ISO 9001 and other relevant industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485).
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a quality team, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in managing internal and external audits, and supplier quality programs.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification or equivalent
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global supply chains
