Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Experienced | Fayetteville, NC

Clinic-Based | Part-Time or Full-Time | $22.00–$26.00/hr (Based on Experience & Certification)

Provide Skilled, Compassionate ABA Support in a Collaborative Clinic Setting

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , Registered Behavior Technicians deliver high-quality ABA therapy that helps children build communication, social, and independence skills. We are seeking an experienced RBT who is confident implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting children who require a higher level of behavioral support, all within a structured clinic environment.

This position requires consistent availability Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM .

Position Details

• Location: Fayetteville, NC (clinic-based)
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
  
• Employment Type: Part-time or full-time (dependent on total hours)
  
• Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  
• Compensation: $22.00–$26.00/hr (based on experience & certification)
  

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a structured clinic setting
  
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  
• Support children who may require more experienced, confident implementation of behavior strategies
  
• Collect accurate data using digital tools to track progress
  
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clinical team members
  
• Follow AutismCOE’s standards for safety, professionalism, and quality service delivery
  
• Protect client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements

• An experienced RBT who can confidently implement treatment plans and respond effectively to challenging behaviors
  
• Calm, professional, and solution-oriented in dynamic situations
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
  
• Strong communicator who works well with clinical teams
  
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality care
  

QualificationsRequired:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  
• Strong experience implementing ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
  
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role (active, play-based work)
  
• Ability to complete all required background checks
  

Preferred:

• Experience supporting children with elevated behavioral needs
  
• Strong documentation and data-collection skills
