Ready to lead dynamic construction projects? We're seeking a skilled Project Manager for our residential production homes team. As the face of our company, you'll manage day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and stellar customer care.

Responsibilities:

* Spearhead planning, scheduling, and coordination of quality-built homes.
* Provide managerial oversight, anticipating and resolving potential project issues.
* Manage material delivery, construction quality, worker productivity, and safety compliance.
* Ensure timely completion of homes.
* Conduct Home Buyer meetings with a customer-focused approach.
* Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and competence.

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of homebuilding experience.
* Proficient in government and industry specifications for home construction.
* Proven organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Adaptability to a changing workplace.
* Computer literacy with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
