Director of Operations – Restaurant Group
$120,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

The Director of Operations will lead and manage multi-unit restaurant operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving excellence across all operational areas. Responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop District Managers and Area Coaches through coaching, mentorship, and performance management to achieve operational targets in staffing, food and labor cost, guest experience, and brand standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic goals, allocate resources, and ensure company-wide alignment on operational priorities and long-term initiatives
- Drive operational consistency and efficiency by sharing best practices, facilitating adoption of new initiatives, and ensuring flawless execution at the restaurant level
- Conduct regular restaurant visits (including evenings and weekends) to support teams, assess performance, and reinforce leadership presence in the field
- Oversee regional performance planning, including budget development, capital expenditure planning, and the implementation of people-centered initiatives
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance gaps and lead teams in executing action plans that improve results
- Provide focused support to underperforming locations by addressing leadership development, operational challenges, and guest experience improvements
- Maintain strong communication through weekly updates, and build external partnerships that support business goals and enhance overall operational success
Qualifications / Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in high-sales-volume operational management within the Quick Service Restaurant or retail industry, with a proven focus on team development and coaching
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and motivational skills, with the ability to lead effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making abilities; capable of prioritizing and multitasking under pressure
- Proficient in business math, accounting principles, and data-driven analysis to support strategic and financial decision-making
- Technologically proficient, with strong verbal, written, and analytical communication skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a passion for empowering others and achieving company goals
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail, high personal standards, and commitment to operational excellence
