We’re hiring Door-to-Door canvassers to join our high-energy, fast-growing team in the St. Charles area. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you in everything — from roofing to exteriors to our proven sales system.

All you need is a hustle mindset, a magnetic personality, and the drive to succeed.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• 👋 Knock with Confidence – Approach and build rapport with homeowners!
• 🔍 Identify Needs – Assess roofing or exterior concerns and present custom solutions!
• 📝 Follow Up & Close Deals – Turn leads into signed jobs!
• 📲 Stay Organized – Track your leads and manage contacts through our CRM

• Charismatic Communicator – People naturally trust and like you
• Natural Closer – You handle objections and make signing easy
• D2D Experience – You’ve knocked before (Solar, alarms, pest control, etc.) and enjoy the grind
