Job Description

Senior Consultant (Multiple Openings), IQVIA Inc., Wayne, PA. Must telecommute (work from home) from anywhere in the U.S. and report to Wayne, PA IQVIA company location. Participate or lead teams in the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects. Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions. Assist Commercial Services and Life Sciences teams with use of appropriate data assets, methodologies, statistical techniques, and delivery options to meet client information and analyses needs. Interact with clients to gather requirements and understand business needs. When acting as Project Manager, proactively manage project timelines and manage day-to-day communication with the client and team members. Work with consulting principals and sales team on business development efforts, providing ad-hoc feasibility reports and estimations of effort, as well as developing methodologies that address client needs. Design and document analytical plans and develop detailed programming specifications for the execution of the analysis plan. Provide direction and guidance to Analysts, Consultants, and where relevant, Statistical Services assigned to engagement. Work M-F, 8am -- 5pm with occasional overtime and weekend work as needed to meet project deadlines. Salary Range: $139,882 - $218,800/year.

Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires with Bachelor's five (5) years or with Master's three (3) years data engineering and business analytics experience to include three (3) years (with a bachelor's or master's): utilizing statistical knowledge to perform statistical and predictive modelling; assisting clients develop and test various hypotheses related to physician and patient behaviors and their likely impact on business; two (2) years: managing the planning and development of design and procedures for metric reports; six (6) months: creating dashboards to provide a holistic view by integrating secondary and primary data.
