Day Shift Lead – Salem’s Fresh Eats.

Location: 2015 N 50th St, Tampa, FL 33619.
Schedule: Morning/ Evening Shift.

As a Shift Leader , you’ll guide your team through each shift, keeping service quick, quality high, and guests smiling. You’ll assist with training, oversee operations, and support management to make every shift a success.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate team members on shift.
• Handle guest concerns & maintain smooth service.
• Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and safety.
• Manage cash & closing/opening procedures.
• Manage shift coverage and assist with minor staffing needs.
• Communicate key updates to management.

• Prior restaurant or supervisory experience.
