Swiss CNC Setup / Operator – Hanwha
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience
Schedule: 7:00am–3:30pm (flexible start time available, e.g. 8:00am)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Swiss CNC Setup / Operator to set up and run Hanwha Swiss CNC machines producing precision components with tight tolerances. Experience with Sugami, Citizen, or Tornos Swiss machines is also acceptable.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate Hanwha Swiss CNC machines (other Swiss brands acceptable).
Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor adjustments.
Monitor production to ensure parts meet tight tolerance requirements.
Conduct in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and process sheets.
Troubleshoot basic machine or tooling issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications
Experience setting up and operating Swiss CNC machines.
Hanwha experience preferred; Sugami, Citizen, or Tornos experience welcome.
Ability to read blueprints and measure precision parts.
Comfortable working independently in a production environment.
