As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead recruitment efforts across the Americas, partnering with leaders to attract top talent across multiple Glanbia locations. In addition to full-cycle recruitment for experienced roles, you will also be dedicated to Early Careers initiatives—supporting intern and graduate hiring across all Glanbia locations in the Americas. You’ll play a key role in shaping hiring strategies, building talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Design and execute hiring strategies for both Operations and Non-Operations roles, aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with the Early Careers team to develop and execute strategies for intern, graduate, and entry-level hiring.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from role intake to offer—while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Drive recruitment for specialized early talent pipelines including internships, graduate programs, and entry-level roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align on role requirements, interview processes, and candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including the Early Careers team, business leaders, and HR leadership.
- Use innovative sourcing methods to build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Network and maintain relationships with early talent networks and external partners such as campus career services and diversity organizations.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering a high-touch, engaging experience that reflects Glanbia’s values and culture.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience for all early career candidates.
- Manage logistics for early talent events including interviews, virtual platforms, and materials.
- Attend campus events or coordinate business representatives to promote Glanbia’s employer brand.
- Provide data-driven insights and guidance on talent trends, compensation, and competitive positioning.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring processes and reporting standards.
- Identify improvements and establish consistent practices for early talent recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, plus experience with campus recruitment
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake)
- Willingness to travel up to 15%

Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in IL. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The annual salary for IL based employees for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 with an annual bonus.
