Requirements for this role include:

• Excel knowledge:
• Previous experience/comfortability using formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables, filtering multiple columns at once and concatenation.
• Amisys experience:
• Knowledge on claims processing rules, pends, denials and Amisys functionality. 
• The job description asks for 5 years of previous processing knowledge in any program.  We would say one year is minimum experience we would need.
• Ability to match providers to claims
• Ability to know when a rekey is necessary
• Understanding of PI edits and their system limitations.
• Understanding of duplicate billing guidelines
• Any experience in config, pdm, or research is a plus!
• Self-initiative to problem solve for issues.
• Ability to identify mistakes and how it was made to avoid making repeated mistakes in the future.
• Organized

Good communication skills (understands two way communication

The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
