TeachFX is a growing, mission‑driven startup; our AI coach helps teachers improve their instruction. As UI/UX Designer at TeachFX, you’ll contribute significantly to every pixel and interaction of our product, serving educators and celebrating the craft of excellent teaching. Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, you’ll be working on the cutting edge of how to design human‑centered AI‑driven technology, and as one of the first designers on the team you’ll have enormous impact. This can be either a full‑time or part‑time role, depending on candidate availability.

TeachFX is the best way for teachers to improve their craft. Using our app, teachers record themselves teaching any class, using a phone or computer. Minutes after class, the teacher receives a lesson report, featuring a lesson summary, a lesson image, and AI‑powered insights that help teachers reflect and improve. These insights such as: “How much did I talk compared to my students?” “What academic language did students use?” “How many times did I ask open‑ended questions? Or give specific praise?”
Teachers can set a teaching practice to focus on, earn badges, share moments with fellow teachers, and see their growth over time. In contrast to most edtech tools, we aren’t just giving teachers content or test data. Our app improves how teachers teach.
