Responsibilities
- Perform flux core welding on various materials and components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Fabricate metal parts and assemblies according to specifications.
- Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Identify and troubleshoot welding issues and implement solutions.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is a plus.
- Proven experience as a flux core welder or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
- Welding certification is preferred but not required.

- Troubleshooting Skills
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
- Tape Measure Reading
- Welding Setups for Production
- Blueprint Reading

Salary info:
$25 - $28 / hr
